Rescheduling:
We are happy to reschedule your appointment for any available slots at the same location. Please contact us through the website or send a text to us at 602-551-7901 with your requested change.

 

Cancellations:
Please note that all cancelled appointments and no-shows are not refundable.

Can my appointment be covered by insurance?

We are not working with insurance at this time; a full payment will be required to confirm your appointment. However, a reimbursement guide is available directly for Echolight and you may use it to seek a reimbursement from your insurance plan.
